Snowball Cauliflower

Self blanching, forms tight, pure white. Excellent quality.

52-70 days to harvest. Store in a cool dry place. Prefers rich but not too high in nitrogen or it forms "ricey" heads.

Best planted in December, January, February, March, April & May.

Raise in seedling trays till chance of frost has passed. When sowing direct, plant seed 10mm deep, 10cm apart. Thin and transplant to final spacing 40cm apart. They have shallow root systems. Avoid damaging when weeding.
