This Northern Italian Heirloom with it’s speckled green, deep ribbed skin and orange flesh is your go to for the taste of authentic Italian gnocchi. It is also the perfect variety for use in any bread recipes which incorporates pumpkin, in addition to being a beautiful roasting and soup pumpkin.
