Garlic Chives

GARLIC CHIVES: Allium tuberosum

Hardy, low-maintenance perennials grow best in full sun to partial shade on well-drained, fertile soil.

Sow seeds directly in the ground in spring, keep moist until germination

To harvest, cut the leaves 2.5cm above the ground when they are 15cm tall. Regular harvesting encourages new growth.

Flowers are edible and are great for all pollinators
