60 days to harvest. Store in a cool dry place. Prefers rich well-drained soil.

Best planted in late September, October, November, & December.

Sow direct, 5-10mm deep in 2-3s, 30cm apart - keep moist. Avoid overhead watering though. Foliar sprays with seaweed spray will reduce mildew. Harvest with 2cm of stem to increase storage life.
