Sometimes referred to as “French parsley”, this member of the parsley family has a flavour with hints of aniseed.

A staple herb in French cuisine which pairs beautifully with a wide variety of dishes.

Thrives in a cooler climate, has a tendency to bolt in very warm climates.

GROWING TIPS

Direct sow 5mm deep.

Doesn’t like to be transplanted.

Good herb for planting in pots.

For continuous supply; sow once a week.

Germination time 10-14 days.
